Very comfortable very happy will stay again Positive: Closeness to public transport Washing machine and dryer 2 toilets Kitchen was lovely It was quiet and peaceful Negative: A sheet explaining heating etc

Positive: Clean and well organised Negative: House was clean but there is mold smell. Maybe House was closed for a long time.

Very poor Positive: Location from airport very good. Negative: This house was dirty - on arrival at 3pm the kitchen was filthy - hairs and food in the fridge, crumbs and empty bottles left . Host called (it’s serviced apartments) apologised and said to leave the keys in the box and they’d get someone over asap. Got a call at 5.45pm to say they’d have someone over at 7.30pm! Ridiculous- we couldn’t use the fridge or kitchen! Only when I made it clear that I wouldn’t be paying for the first night they got someone over at 6.15- who dud a great job but left about 6.45pm. In the evening we sat in the living room - crumbs in the sofa and underneath both sofas had not been cleaned for weeks with dust dirt in piles. Sent pictures to host so they can change their ‘cleaners’. House had an awful musty stale smell to it too. Oh and they expect you to pay £200 holding deposit!!

Positive: Lovely house- we especially liked the kitchen and dining area. Everything was very comfortable, very clean, and made for a really enjoyable stay.
