Comfortable apartment in great location Positive: Loved the location just round corner from restaurants bars and botanic station. Easily accessible to the city by foot Beds super comfy and very clean Negative: Whilst there's 2 bathrooms only one has a shower/ bath in it and limited seating could do with more comfy chairs there's space instead of plant Would stay again though as great price for size and location

Very warm and cozy with a very nice bath to soak in. Positive: Good set up. The house was very cute inside. Very comfortable. There was free parking in the neighborhood. Negative: The outside was not so cute and the walk through building wasn’t very appealing but inside the house was perfect and I loved the place.

Great location for Queen’s University, nice clean apartment with communicative host. Positive: Good location just off Botanic Ave, close to transport links, QUB and 20 min walk to city centre. Easy check in and good communication from host. Nicely decorated, clean and well equipped apartment with teabags and milk on arrival. Good bed linen and towels, modern bathroom with toiletries. Negative: Not enough comfortable seating. The property sleeps 8 plus a sofa bed but only seating for 3/4 in lounge and 7 at dining area. The entranceway and access up to the apartment is rather shabby. Be warned there are five flights of stairs in total to reach the main floor of the apartment - may be unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues or lots of heavy luggage.

Positive: Great location, close to train station. Negative: Numbers on access pad difficult to see in the dark. It was raining very heavily when we arrived and there was significant overspill from the gutters directly above the location of the access pad.
