Belfast Quarters Botanic Central

Close to the centre of belfast, could be improved Positive: the location was good we could walk to the centre. However maybe the area wasn't the best. Negative: The flat inside was nice but could have been cleaner. We could not use the TV as the remote was missing and the couch small for the four bedroom house. The area was ok, no trouble, but there was rubbish outside the entrance, the hallway quite tired and some questionable people storing their ebikes used as internet delivery people that didn't appear to live there.

Excellent apartment within walking distance to town centre Positive: Everything was seamless with great communication from Shannon. Negative: Nothing

Great stay for a group in a very nice place Positive: Overall great place for a group. Nice kitchen and comfy chairs. Comfy beds and clean. Negative: Minimal. Minor things but very noisy bath light pull (due to its position and very large handle)) when opening the door as the door would hit it even when opening the slightest amount. This means any use at night is extremely noisy. Could do with changing. Drainage issue in bath but team responsive when we reported it.

Wouldn’t stay again. Feel the advertised pictures are misleading as none of the outside or the road. Positive: The apartment itself is lovely, and it was really clean. Well stocked with crockery etc and an oven and a microwave. Negative: The house the apartment is within is awful- it is very run down. When we arrived, number 1 had underwear and clothes hanging from the windows to dry! The road it was on felt very unsafe with numerous boarded up properties and graffiti. Lots of drunks and drug users hanging around with loud arguments. It was advertised as having parking but we struggled to park near the property on numerous occasions, having to park streets away which as previously mentioned felt unsafe. It wasn’t that practical for children either despite being advertised as child friendly.,

Enjoyed Positive: Very clean and worth money Negative: I don’t say didn’t like but there is no lift for older people. Wouldn’t recommend for older people if it is 2nd stairs
