Belfast Quarters Stormont Escape

The property was in an ideal place for our needs and was comfortable. Positive: The apartment was tidy and clean and well located for visiting the Ulster Hospital. It was nice to have basics like coffee and tea available. Negative: The towels were of basic quality and the bath towels small. The apartment looks out over a graveyard, which was unexpected. I sent a message to Belfast Quarters before booking to ask how many steps there were up to the apartment, and whether it would be possible to leave in our bags before the 3pm check in time. I got a reply asking for my phone number to enable them to call me. I replied, explaining that it wasn't ideal for me to take a phone call that day so could they please answer my questions by message instead. I never got any reply, yet after booking the property a few days later I received many messages about tours etc. that could be booked through the company. Answering queries in the best format for a potential customer would be a major improvement.

Good trip Negative: Lack of information on where nearest shop for bread and milk, welcome was lacking on personal touch, what we got was too tech based not what you want after long journey
