Belfast Quarters 8th Floor Gem

Would recommend! Positive: Great location, everything you need in apartment. Hosts were excellent. Really comfortable spacious apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay. Positive: Lovely stylish comfortable apartment. Negative: Key lock and actual entry was not easy to find and the proximity to vacant derelict block was offputting at first. But location close to main street was very handy. And at 8th level the view over the derelict block & the rest of the city was quite interesting.

Positive: Great location near to city and attractions

Had a lovely short break in Belfast and would certainly be visiting again. Positive: The property was in a good location with only a short walk in to the city centre to where we picked up the coaches for our tours. Local amenities such as small supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes and pubs all only a few minutes walk away. The property had good cooking facilities and a good sized table to eat at and play games. It also had a good sized TV which had a variety of channels available. Negative: The seating area to watch TV was not the biggest and you would struggle to seat any more than 3 adults. Some more basic essentials in the kitchen would be better for those just staying for a few days such as washing up liquid, wash brush, kitchen cloths, salt and pepper etc. Finally, the hot weather which was gorgeous allowed us to open the doors to the balcony and the bedroom windows however the regular smell of cannabis from nearby apartments made us have to shut them which was a real downside.

Positive: Liked location. Apartment was very clean, spacious and to a good standard. Nice hot shower. Negative: No tea towel. No oven gloves. Not enough washing up liquid or cleaning products.
