Positive: Very central to Belfast city. Apartment newly renovated. Very clean and comfortable for our family of four. Very easy to communicate with owners. Slight issue with keys checking in but they fixed this super fast.

Booking.com did refund us for Belfast quarter 8. Difficult to call or email booking.com Positive: No breakfast Negative: To clarify, we did not stay at Belfast Quarters 8. The apartment was cancelled by management one day before arrival, while I was travelling from Singapore for my daughter’s university graduation. An alternative at Belfast Whitehall was offered, and we accepted it as a swap, given the short notice. However, during the graduation ceremony, management insisted that I make immediate payment by end of the day ,treating it as a new booking rather than a swap, which caused unnecessary stress and disruption. As for Belfast Whitehall, the surrounding area is dirty and rundown. While the apartment itself was acceptable, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, an issue that other guests have reportedly raised for months without resolution.
