A nice, comfortable, really well located apartment, close to the city Positive: Fantastic location in relation to getting into the city. It was only a 5 minute walk over the bridge to the city centre and also a 5 minute walk to the Odyssey Arena. Overall the apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable, with excellent WiFi (400Mbps+) speeds and good off-street, secure parking. Negative: Overall, we enjoyed our stay but there were a few things that could have been improved... The radiator in the master bedroom wasn't working during our 4 day stay. As we visited during Winter, this meant that this room was MUCH colder than the rest of the apartment and made sleeping in this room more uncomfortable. Also, other than basic coffee/tea making facilities, the was absolutely no provisions left in the kitchen for guests. Unlike many other places we have stayed, there wasn't even dish washing liquid, salt/pepper, (decent amounts of) sugar, etc. meaning that all of these things needed to be purchased upon arrival - which for short term stays of a few days, is not ideal. We also noticed that there was no place to hang clothes, towels, etc. in the ensuite bathroom connected to the Master bedroom. As this ensuite room is very small, it made for unnecessarily awkward showering such that we ended up not using it, favoring of the Master bathroom instead. Even a couple of basic hooks would have helped. Also, the designer tap (faucet) in this same ensuite bathroom was stupid, ugly and unnecessary. It was so high up in relation to the sink that any basic usage just resulted in water being splattered everywhere. The room is so small that in our opinion there's no need for it, when a standard tap would have sufficed. The heating controls were also not very easy to use or understand when we needed to boost the heating (because of the reduced number of available radiators). The round 'nest' type device did seem to turn the heating on but for those people unfamiliar with this type of control, it wasn't clear what settings we were choosing.

Great location, spacious and very comfortable. Highly recommended. Positive: Very comfortable, spacious and well located accommodation. Negative: Plumbing in one bathroom and kitchen was erratic. Second bathroom was fine.

The location was perfect with respect to the 5 min walk into the heart of Belfast. That made it worth it. Positive: The apartment was clean and spacious! Once in the apartment it quiet from any hallway noise. The rooms we spacious and clean and TV room was comfortable with TV and Netflix access. Negative: The train is loud and travels routinely all day from early in the AM to PM. The building is in a very rough looking location that did not feel safe. It appears the building is full of immigrants and children run the hallways all day. The hallways are equivalent to a university dorm.

Great stay Positive: Great communication with hosts. Apartment was a great size and equipt with everything you would need.

A very good family break in Belfast for two nights. Positive: The location was convenient to Belfast City Centre and appeared to be a safe part of town. The apartment was clean and well stocked with utilities and utensils. Negative: The train travelling on the train tracks at night and early morning interrupted our sleep at times, but there is nothing than can be readily done about that. Had I known, I would have brought ear plugs.
