Belfast Quarters 5th Floor Gem!

Positive: Beautiful apartment, well appointed, had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great water pressure in shower. Very quick response from company managing apartment when wi-fi code did not work. Negative: Nothing really.

Scam, fraud and bank robbed me Negative: Booked this apartment in advance for my weekend stay with family (cousins) and then got sent message via WhatsApp last minute on the Friday 17th October them asking for a deposit off £200 after spending £322 on the booking! which I never got my refund back… they told me tried to contact me via booking.com throughout that week before 17th October but yet contacted me by WhatsApp the Friday last minute! Mobile numbers are on bookings for reasons if get no answer back within 24hrs makes sense to contact individual by contact number… but yeah tried to also ask myself and my cousins for photographic proof (ID) before going ahead with any further confirmation of booking, as apartment was strictly for 25+ (which I never even knew existed) but that is shocking and ridiculous I wouldn’t recommend this place to others unless you want to be scammed and bank robbed last minute without getting any refund back 😡

Great location and lovely apartment

Wonderful flat and great location Positive: The quality of the decor was amazing. They had thought if every little detail. Negative: The bed frame in the bedroom with the built in wardrobes. You can easily catch your shins on it.

Wonderful apt in Belfast. Positive: Clean, comfortable moden apt w 3 tvs. Close to restaurants and shops. We would stay there again. Negative: Graffiti on nearby buildings..... One shower was very small.
