Positive: Nicely appointed apartment.

Great location and overall, very nice stay! Positive: Very spacious! Location was good too. Property management was extremely helpful and very responsive! Negative: The mattresses need replaced for sure. They were thin and very springy. Some guidance on how to use the showers may also be helpful too (for non-Europeans).

We had a great stay Negative: May be it would help if is an Information in the Appartment about the Wifi or the Mainentrance or Taxi Nr. etc. And if we make a booking it would be great that Booking .com would give some Infos about the Depot and the ID and the pictures for all guests,to be prepaired.

Very pleasant stay Positive: Keys were located in safe box. There were instructions (with pictures) explaining how to find the box, way to enter and how to find designated parking spot. Could not be clearer. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Towels and toiletries provided. There is iron and ironing board, hair dryer, some tea and coffee also provided. There is fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, tableware (including couple of wine glasses) and utensils. Beds were a bit soft for our liking but we still had good sleep. Walking distance from grocery shops, pubs and restaurants. I would recommend Maggie Mays for fast food and Villa Italia for beautiful Italian dishes and fantastic atmosphere. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family. Negative: Lift out of order on the last day. There is just one. Nothing to do with owners of the apartment but just keep in mind it’s 4th floor and the lift might be out one day - could be difficult with heavy bags or small children.
