Value for money, great location and suited our needs perfectly Positive: It was a family trip to visit a student studying at Queens University (10min walk) and it was a more convenient / better value option than separate hotel rooms. The flat was as described and it was useful to have two bathrooms for getting ready and a fully equipped kitchen so we could have lazy mornings over a cuppa and breakfast. We opted to eat out most evenings as it was in such a great location for local restaurants and cafe's (15min walk). Really valued the gated community for safe parking as we hired a car for the long weekend. The hosts were really helpful in the run up to our trip and overall it was a great stay and perfect for our needs.

Positive: Great location for Botanic Gardens and to our family who we had come to visit. It was quiet too. Negative: There are 3 codes to get in which caused some confusion as one of the codes was incorrect from the information. We had a couple of issues but the hosts are very responsive and it all got sorted! My advice is to write the codes down ahead of time!

Extremely comfortable. Owners thought of everything. After 8 weeks of travelling it was one of our best stats. Positive: Had everything. Well equipped kitchen, access to Netflix, lovely bathrooms with great water pressure and heat, lots of little extras (shampoo, conditioner, gel, plants which made it very homely). Great washing machine/dryer. Large main bedroom. Location was fabulous. Easy walking distance to city centre but quiet. Negative: Squeaky floor in bedroom but trivial considering what we got.

Very clean, good facilities and a great location. We will look to stay there again. Positive: It was clean and easy to find. Central for our activities and had good facilities. Negative: It's a gated community, so there are a number of key code accesses to go through to get in. But very safe!
