Belfast Quarters: 10th Floor Gem

Wir hatten einen furchtbaren Start in dieser Wohnung. Bei ordentlicher Reinigung kommt sie aber der Beschreibung nahe. Positive: Die Lage war gut. Dicht am Bahnhof und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Rathaus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants entfernt. Toller Ausblick. Der Kontakt war schnell und freundlich und bemüht uns eine erneute Reinigung zu ermöglichen. (Die hätte uns aber zuviel der wenigen Zeit in Belfast genommen) Negative: Wir hatten leider sehr viel Pech mit der Reinigung. Die Wohnung hat furchtbar gestunken, da Essen im Ofen vergessen worden war. Die Küchentüren waren dreckig und der Duschkopf hat geschimmelt. Wir mussten erstmal putzen und zwei Tage lüften. Der Balkon hat einen Glasscheibenschutz (10.stock brauch Schwindelfreiheit!) welche laut Aushang im Haus derzeit bereits mehrfach herausgefallen waren- für uns daher nicht nutzbar.

horrible due to the theft of my money. I was lucky the lady had the money on her and handed it over Positive: it was an okay apartment Negative: the key safe was not properly labelled in the instructions manual. only when I sent a message that I was told the box had a number e.g. BQ1 attached to it. it was not in the picture in the booklet. A cleaner stole my £2000. She handed it over when I challenged her. I did not report the matter to the police as I was in town for my nephews funeral. This has caused me added stress. I have reported to booking.com. The company must protect guests form thieves.

Positive: The location of the apartment is excellent, very close to the city centre and Grand Central Station. Fantastic views from the lounge and balcony across the city. Very clean, beds comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Free parking in the secure basement was really useful also. Negative: Nothing
