Belfast Quarters: 10th Floor Gem

Not a great experience Positive: Not alot to like Negative: This apartment “with car parking” was anything but. Our allocated space, for which we were provided with a framed permit, was occupied for the three days we were there. We were also subjected to visits to our door by two different people, one who wanted us to move our car and the other who aggressively took issue with the note we left on his partner's car which also blocked access to our space had it not been occupied. He told us we were "Air bnb and should not even be here". We had difficulties locating and opening the lockbox containing the property key and garage fob. It is not at eye level and despite a photo sent before arrival showing two lockboxes on the wall, it was one of four similarly indistinguishable boxes. It is also among 26 other lockboxes located outside this apartment block. When we got into the flat, after more than an hour of lockbox and parking problems, we found the heat was off on a very cold day in winter. Worse was the fact that it took most of the evening and night to get to heat up to an acceptable level. The internet did not connect and was eventually sorted out by a call to Belfast Quarters who told us to find a key to a closet with the router which we reset and internet was restored. But a few instructions beforehand would have been so much simpler. The baking trays in the oven were dirty and almost unusable (not the first time according to a German reviewer). There was damage to the flat including a hole in a wall and a window handle broken off which had to be reported to Belfast Quarters straight away.

Modern and cosy Positive: I liked the view, the comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen had everything we could’ve needed.

Excellent apartment, great location and very clean. Positive: Great location, very clean and beds comfortable. Negative: Extra chair would have been good 4 chairs available and 5 people stayed. Also more parking spaces only one provided.
