Exceptional, would wish to go back over and over again Positive: I loved the jacuzzi and the toilet! It was close to everything I wanted and needed. Great staff communication too. Very clean and cozy. It felt like home. Negative: Nothing at all

My stay here wasn’t what I expected from the misleading reviews I show on the booking website! Positive: The positive was onsite parking Parking Negative: The place seems to be in a Council block and looks like Gwing prison the Entrance was not clean. This is a genuine view and I hope this review is shown on the website as I find it hard to see how everyone has given it 5stars hence the reason I booked it! misleading reviews.

Very comfortable stay,would highly recommend for anyone Positive: The location to the city centre was fantastic. The property was warm,cosy & had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed also. The secure parking was a bonus.
