Jacuzzi Bath! Japanese Toilet! Couples + young fam

My stay here wasn’t what I expected from the misleading reviews I show on the booking website! Positive: The positive was onsite parking Parking Negative: The place seems to be in a Council block and looks like Gwing prison the Entrance was not clean. This is a genuine view and I hope this review is shown on the website as I find it hard to see how everyone has given it 5stars hence the reason I booked it! misleading reviews.

Very comfortable stay,would highly recommend for anyone Positive: The location to the city centre was fantastic. The property was warm,cosy & had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed also. The secure parking was a bonus.

Very convenient for Belfast city break. Positive: Nice and convenient for city centre. Negative: Communication very complicated as the company runs its own management portal. Messages would come through Booking.com which you could not respond to without going back to the company’s portal. Automated reminder messages to complete actions before arrival continued to be sent after you had completed the action leaving you wondering if they had received your details. I am very surprised, as a former advertiser with Booking.com myself, that City Quarters are able to run a management portal in parallel to Booking.com.

Positive: The apartment was a perfect location,just 5 minutes walk for the city centre.Very clean, everything you needed and more.Host was exceptional on the directions to and getting into the appartment.Theres nothing bad to say about this place,it's just perfect. If walking from the train station it's only 15mins from there.

Not a single complaint Positive: Spotlessly clean, warm and cosy! Great location! Hosts were very attentive! Glad we found this wee spot
